As I see It, we only have 3 fixtures in January ?
Leeds on 2nd January I thought was a shoe in, being Leeds and all !

Re: No TV games in January
No surprise, we are the most unfashionable club in the league in every aspect.
Nobody apart from Burnley fans want to watch Burnley, and we have a small support so will be low viewing figures when we are on.
But many neutrals want to watch United,City, Liverpool etc plus they have massive fan bases without all the neutrals watching.
Our style of play doesn’t help us get TV games either. Massive put off for the broadcasters. People want to watch attacking football not hoofball.

You mean our perceived style of play. I wonder if you really are a Burnley fan or just an idiot on a wind up!

No we didn't.PadihamThickNeck wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 5:50 pmWe played some great passing football in the first half, was enjoyable to watch. But we went back to the usual hoofball second half.

It’s not perceived it’s fact. We play the most long balls in the league and have done for season after season.sound and vision wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 5:44 pm"Our style of play doesn’t help us get TV games either. Might be it’s not just his neck that’s thick… but certainly doesn’t come across as a Burnley fan.sound and vision wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 5:44 pm"Our style of play doesn’t help us get TV games either. Massive put off for the broadcasters. People want to watch attacking football not hoofball."

I’m a Burnley fan and a very big one. Just because I have an opinion people don’t like doesn’t make not a Burnley fan.elwaclaret wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 6:57 pmMight be it’s not just his neck that’s thick… but certainly doesn’t come across as a Burnley fan.

Fair enough, but you do seem to enjoy posting negatively. The performance against Brentford was certainly not boring or negative.PadihamThickNeck wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 7:04 pmI’m a Burnley fan and a very big one. Just because I have an opinion people don’t like doesn’t make not a Burnley fan.
