Can’t believe I’m now 57..been a claret since I was 14..it’s been a hell of a ride..6 years in the prem now,it is tough at times but come on..we’ve just drawn away to the European champions, love Burnley and absolutely love being a claret,I live in Devon now but am so proud of our ‘little’ club and where we are.Coming up for my first game since COVID against West Ham in December , can’t wait, been too long, still proudly have a My town My Turf sticker in my car.
UTC whatever league we’re in

Happy belated birthday, Cornwall.
My last game was West Ham, pre-covid. I hope you are as successful, a 3-0 win 2years ago today. It’ll be a while until I feel safe coming over again.

I’m hopeful that as he uses Cornwall in his name he will not have been corrupted in to such a shameful act!

Always have arguments with my sister about the jam/cream - - - cream/jam question ...
Have tried to tell her "Its always jam 1st ... so as not to overpower the taste of the cream" but she won't have it.
I tell her the Queen always serves Cream Teas the correct way but she insists on the disgusting habit of "Cream 1st then Jam" we refused to eat her cream Tea at my nephews birthday party and didn't speak for ooooooh hours

Here is a link to the above game. I was very suspicious of the "newly arrived VAR" and didnt get out of my seat when Barnes scored first goal. However I joined in with the rest when Wood scored the header from McNeil's cross which was subsequently disallowed for the offside toe nail / nose? Ive not cheered a Burnley goal since that day (in case it is disallowed). Weird I know but until the opposition restart play at the centre spot I still harbour doubts as to whether Stockley Park are trying to find a reason to disallow the goal.
What a fabulous goal that wasn't. Have Burnley ever scored a better disallowed goal?
