FA Cup 100 Year Commemorative Shirt
I'm looking for some information on a possible Christmas present for a family member but I can't find much online so I thought I'd get some intel from the forum!
The club produced 300 commemorative replica shirts in 2014 to mark 100 years since the FA Cup win. They are boxed and certificated so I'm wanting to find out what they are worth as I have the chance to buy one - I can't find much online other than the ones the team actually wore for a game!
Any help appreciated

Re: FA Cup 100 Year Commemorative Shirt
the value of anything being sold is how much you are prepared to pay
things like shirts have a limited appeal because generally they would only be of interest to supporters of that club

Thanks for the info.....
There was one listed on Ebay for £350 but the ad is no longer there (it shows in a Google search though) - I was hoping closer to £100 really but having researched online I can find very little info on them, I would like it to be worth a lot more in a few years just to add to the present itself but like has been pointed out above it's only really what someone is willing to pay!

Re: FA Cup 100 Year Commemorative Shirt
I think they charged around £120 for them at the time
Re: FA Cup 100 Year Commemorative Shirt
They spoilt it by sticking the sponsor on it, very unlike 1914
Re: FA Cup 100 Year Commemorative Shirt
I prefer the 125 year old anniversary shirt

Don't know if the OP is local to Burnley but there's a guy in the market hall who has a stall selling mainly BFC memorabilia including retro shirts.
Maybe worth having a word with him, if he hasn't got one to sell he may be able to source one for you or know where you could get one from- just a thought.

Just noticed afore mentioned stallholder has a page on the book of faces under Burnley Memorabilia and Framing if you can't visit in person.

He has the stall near Turkish best at the roadside on matchdays.

The limited edition shirts do not have the sponsor on and they are the ones of value.elwaclaret wrote: ↑Fri Dec 17, 2021 2:04 pmThis is the one I have, framed and signed by BK. I also got a centenary bottle of Vintage Claret; needless to say that remains in my display case, unopened.

The shirts came in a blue presentation box with claret lid (pic1) - the shirt inside was wrapped in claret tissue with the numbered card (pic2)

I don't know the name of the gentleman who has the stall on the market but would guess it's the same guy who has the matchday one.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Fri Dec 17, 2021 1:17 pmIs Pete Shirtcliffe back on the market now?

He came out of the market stall a few years ago, just wondering if he has gone back in?Vintage Claret wrote: ↑Fri Dec 17, 2021 2:19 pmI don't know the name of the gentleman who has the stall on the market but would guess it's the same guy who has the matchday one.
