Nadal v Medvedev

Apologies if this is already on here, but I have just watched one of the greatest sportsmen win his 21st grand slam, what a warrior best part of 5 and a half hours at full pelt against a man 10 years younger absolutely brilliant entertainment, full marks to Medvedev for playing his part not sure you should call him a loser/runner up after that game both were winners.
The one thing that immediately springs to mind is footballers moan about playing 2 or 3 times a week yet these guys play every other day or so for God knows how long then produce a final of that length and quality, I take my hat off to them.

Absolutely incredible. Thought the writing was on the wall for Rafa when Medvedev broke him back for 5 - 5 in the fifth, but what a superb recovery to take the match. One of the greatest matches ever, and history made with a 21st Grand Slam.
