It’s standard engagement marketing /data collection and is surely done by an external agency ( unless we have in house analysts?) It also has nothing to do whether you’ve missed or not .Almost every club does it and anyone thinking it’s someone thinking “ ohh Dave’s missed the Palace game ,we best check if he’s ok” very likely needs to get out a bit more .

Agree it’s good that the club is trying to communicate better but please get the basics right. The subject line reads
We missed you recently! Help up improve Turf Moor.
Is it that difficult to proof read before hitting send? My first reaction as a result was that it was a scam email.

To be honest, I'm quite glad the club are being more proactive in their communication even if the execution is a little half-arsed.
