If he doesn’t know that Russia and him personally will have to answer for what is going on, then it is unlikely he knows what Biden said a month ago, never mind today. Have you seen what is being found in Bucha and all the areas Russia are evacuating? There is no out for Putin, short of him putting a bullet in his own head.

He has full support of the KGB who back him to fight against the West. So he will blame /explain the conduct of the war as a reprisal against the Western forces of Nato and the European Union who he says have caused it all.

Now the Russians are in trouble. Biden approves delivery of switchblade 600 drones.
Perhaps the delivery of 300 was to check they could use them correctly.
The 600 can fly 40 miles so way behind enemy lines and is armour piercing. Don’t think it’s enough to take out a tank. But artillery, thermobaric missile launchers and just about anything else has no where to hide from it. Let’s hope it’s a first delivery followed by a few thousand.

Looking at the drought map at the link is a bigger cause for concern in the medium term.

Overall it looks like the legacy (costs) of Covid (and of course it is still with us), this war and its legacy, ON TOP OF climate changes that have happened, are happening and most likely becoming even more damaging, leaves us with a very dangerous period of instability.
