It is a massive win, and finally we land a telling punch on one of our rivals, however yes you're 100% correct it won't matter unless we take something from the Norwich game at the weekend.

What it has done is truly drag Everton into the scrap, especially with their horrendous run-in.

Well done to all the lads for stepping up 2nd half and dragging us out of the mire, but we'll need a few more results like this before the season's out.

Vydra didn't half make an impact from the bench as well, and fitting that he played a large part in Max getting the winner.

Excellent three points. We have a very good back five, forwards who can score, but at the risk of being negative, if we had a couple of decent midfielders we would be a good mid table PL side. In the second half we got the ball wide into space quickly and scored two goals. Having said that Everton’s defence was awful. Sort out the midfield for next season please Dyche and Pace.
