Resorting to South American tactics, what's next, sending ladies of " negotiable affection " to their rooms or poisoning the hotel food ?

Why would they be staying in a city centre hotel rather than a nice country spa hotel somewhere in Cheshire?

It would be peak Everton fans this season if they've spent the entire night camped outside the wrong hotel

What a pity there were no fireworks in the Everton boardroom a few weeks back when it was announced they had made losses of £373m over 3 seasons. The PL should have pounced on them from a great height. Instead the PL commented that as a founder member of the PL they would work along side them to address the situation. I suspect some of the clubs who are also in the relegation fight may have lawyers pouring over the accounts and rules at present following that comment.

There’s no way a team would be stopping at the Hilton slap bang in the middle of the city centre on a Saturday night. It wouldn’t be the quietest there even without fireworks.

Chelsea are on a limited budget. They'll have to take what they can get. Premier Inn at a push if they don't have breakfast.

On their wages I would think they've paid for somewhere nice themselves, rather than a city centre hotel on a Saturday night
