Forest too for me as not only should it make our life a little easier next season, it would also make life more difficult for Leeds to escape next season too as I think they’d have more of a chance surviving than Huddersfield..
If Forest do go up I can see them surviving next season, they've got goals in their side, and they'll win games in the PL, especially with their fans backing them at home.

If I was to have guessed at any one poster saying a club “belongs” in the top league, I’d have guessed correctly.

No one belongs there. You earn it.
I used to think if you didn’t feed him he would eventually go away but alas up to now there’s no sign of it happening.
Maybe now we are a division below he will go marching on together with someone else.

Now that we are down I want forest to go up. Had we stayed up it would of been Huddersfield.

Not fussed either way, hoping for a 5-5 draw at fulltime, 7-7 after extra time and 30-29 on penalties

Good to see both teams playing in their normal strips, instead of some made-up 2nd attire.

I was on the train to London this morning. Plenty of Huddersfield fans on the train. Took me back to 2009 and our big day out.

Both sets of fans drinking together in Kings Cross which was good to see.

Can’t argue with that, especially as failing to go up will probably see several Huddersfield players moving on for ‘bigger’ clubs and the higher wage packets on offer.

I'd have Garner and O'Brien in our midfield ahead of any of our current options.

Aren't two of Forest's main men this season only on loan? Plus Johnson is likely to leave if they miss out.

They could be a very different team next season.

It seems pretty obvious that Forest would likely bring more competition to us next season. It's easily better for us if Forest win.

I don’t disagree, but I see Forest as a club that is starting to get it’s act together and more able to attract players. Huddersfield have done fantastically, but can they push on again or are they more likely to suffer a play-off hangover as other clubs pick ver the bones. I think there manager may be among those being fancied by others, while Forest can probably afford to fend off interest in Cooper, either way.

David Ellerey and Mike Dean were the two play off final refs weren't they?

Must've done one of the semis if he was a ref. Fourth official or lino, perhaps.

Oh you misunderstood me, we were linked with him for £4m ages ago, I didn't mean £4m is out of price range now, I meant O'Brien will be out of price range because he wont be sold for anything close to £4m now.

Been a pretty poor final this. Hudd look miles off the Prem. Not convinced with Forest either, they’d need a big summer.

Russell the sub for Huddersfield looks very tidy and good on the ball, controlled the game since he came on. Was at Stanley on loan last year I believe.
