It was owls but then this drama keeps bringing up bats so feck knows. I watched the original documentary and was undecided after all this I'm still undecided. But the prosecution was dodgy especially with the forensics. But it's standard for America's big cases.

Re: The Staircase Sky Atlantic
The owl theory was brought up because there was an owl feather found at the crime scene that was left out at the trial.

I've seen this advertised quite a lot recently.
However, when I was viewing this board before signing up most of these series were ruined by spoilers eventually.

I think they manufacture these trails in America..so they can make dramas out of them...this one is crackpot.AwayClaret wrote: ↑Tue May 31, 2022 9:06 pmIt was owls but then this drama keeps bringing up bats so feck knows. Re: The Staircase Sky Atlantic
Course they do it brings in $$$$. But if you've seen the original documentary that was on Netflix x amount of years ago then you'll see that the forensic team that did the autopsy was coerced by the prosection. The bald headed prick that testified for the prosection on the blood splatter, who was later found guilty of perjury on other cases, was so obviously talking out of his arse. It's not blood splatter but his scientific name escapes me.
