No we don’t but CT is referring to how it was written which says that Tarky rejected a contract or words to that effect and nothing for Ben Mee. So this suggests that Mee wasn’t offered a contract more likely it is yet more poor communication from within the Club of I’m honest.
I actually think it reads differently to that. It reads to WK as though Tarks had just told them he was leaving ie “don’t bother offering me anything else I’m off”.
Macca will be on the money with this one, in that Ben was offered a deal but turned it down.
Shame but all good things come to an end.

Mee was offered a new deal during last season
I suspect, him being on the inside, he possibly saw the turmoil that was running through the club with an inexperienced owner and an old time manager
Clearly he didn't have confidence that the club would maybe survive another year in the Prem and took his time to see what unfolded
He will no doubt have now had some approaches from other clubs and sees this as his last chance of a good deal with contract and signing on fee
He has made the right decision for himself and his family
And it was his decision, not the club's

I think he knew he would be 3 rd choice behind Collins and the lad coming from city
Nope, he simply followed the money.
And who can blame him, for lots of people and even more so footballers, money is what it's all about.
1 last big pay day for him, could literally be an extra couple of million pound difference to staying and going.
Must say I'd rather him stayed, but he's gone, we move on and hopefully it all works out for both parties

Yes I guess he was just very poorly worded message off the Club as ever, anyway onwards and upwards here’s to 46 46 undefeated!

Yes, only based on how it was written and it separates Tarky from the others.

I thought they'd hang on to Lukas Jensen ahead of Sam Waller.
Jensen hasn’t even been mentioned but he’s under contract for a further year. Waller is listed as a professional under contract but also as having received a third year scholarship. It can’t be both.

I make it five - Pope, Hennessey, BPF, Norris & Jensen with Waller, Casper & Moss all scholars.
