Have we had any news on next season's kit and are we still with Umbro?
Might be imagining it but I'm sure I read somewhere our deal with them has ended?
My lad pestering me to buy him one for the holidays

I thought we’d signed a new long term deal with Umbro although, like everything else, nothing has been said.

It’ll be Umbro but I’d think the release will be delayed until we find a new shirt sponsor.

Was it Forest the other year where we played a pre season friendly in the away kit that we had the season before because we hadn’t released a new one yet? Expecting a repeat this year.

Maybe now Barney Rubble has signed a 1 year contract that rock band will sponsor us:

I assume it will either be something crypto related or another betting company

Think that’s a bit harsh on this occasion CT - four year extension announced by the club on the website this time last year:
https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/mor ... ver-claret
So 3 years to run presumably.

That will be right. We won’t even have a sponsor yet, nevermind a kit launch date.

Have we decided on the colours for the home shirts? I’m hoping for claret and blue.

It was the light blue one but to be fair it was kept on as the third kit for the following season and worn at Arsenal when we got stuffed in Wenger’s last game.
Last pre-season we had to wear the previous season’s yellow third kit at Tranmere as we hadn’t yet released an away kit.

Well the new owners have said they don't want any claret and blue around the ground so wouldn't count on it......

Surprised nobody has claimed yet that the new owners didn't realise we change kit each season which is the reason for the delay

I’d like a higher resolution pic, and a better look at the neck.
Glad it’s not a betting company and the pattern is pretty neat.
Looks decent on first impression.

I’ll need to see it properly but blue looks too dark.
Assuming it’s an homage to celebrate the 4th division championship - so happy 31st anniversary

Why do ‘leaked’ kit photos always appear to have been taken with a 4 pixel digital camera through a netted curtain?

Just to clarify on my initial post, I say the same thing every time we get a new shirt reveal and then change mind when I actually see it

Probably a rushed photo as they aren't allowed to be photographed I'd guess.

I think that looks excellent. My only concern would be that a company such as that being our main sponsor probably aren’t going to be paying much at all.

It's just a photo of a photo on a computer screen unfortunately and as I upload it from my phone it worsens even more
