Shrewsbury letting us have the ball non stop, not even challenging, just sitting in and saying break us down - and we aren’t doing.

Churlinov utterly uninvolved - playing in a number 10 role.

Not quite sure why the moaning at the team ? It’s pretty much bang on as most had presumed ,giving the bench a run out and couple needing a game time , Churlinov/ER etc . Sure it’s not a brilliant side but it’s tidy enough to shown intent to win . ( despite the myths Dyche cup sides always look very decent on paper )

Churlinov just bamboozled their defence and almost scored - cleared off the line.

Egan-Riley impressing so far, he did me really impress me at Shrewsbury in the friendly (was surprised he wasn’t playing from the off at Huddersfield after the showing there).

It’s like a reverse form of social mobility. If you move away, you are shafted.

Massive error the club charging for Birdy’s commentary - will bring in minimal income, but will cost us many fans, eventually fans going on games. Saturday 3pm for me was either attend or listen - now I either attend or golf. How long before it is just golf?

Make it free to listen - it is great advertising for the club, suck new attending fans in.

Shrewsbury dwarf is from the height perspective and have a dangerous free kick, swung in - cleared for a corner.

I am listening to Radio Lancashire. Chris Boden is sub commentator who for some reason always reminds me of Dr. Hibbert, the jovial doctor on the Simpsons

Happy to hear that as that’s an area we need to improve in ahead of the next two games where that pattern will likely play out. Makes tonight a good opportunity for those on the pitch to show they can make a difference.

Pace of passing slow, every now and then when it is taken up a notch we create chances. Tempo issues as we’ve seen in other games. Churlinov shot, goal kick.

Going off the radio commentary hardly anything has happened. Churlinov has had a pop and Shrewsbury have had a few corners...and that's it.

Watching (!) on WhoScored.

Since the 12th minute we have had over ten times the passes as them. Possession must be 90%+ (they had a little spell around the 10th minute).

Quite a few around their box but only one chance arising so far.

Plonking a chair in the corner of a room and sitting the radio on it because it's the only place in the room picking up the frequency. Like being a kid again!
