All my tickets have arrived.

Has this definitely sold out? I know they’ve not been available online for a good few days but unless I’ve missed it, there’s been no confirmation from the club of a sell out as they did with the Huddersfield and Wigan games.

I was told last week that ticket collections would be from Wednesday. I haven't tried to pick up yet.

I picked mine up this afternoon. I was blissfully unaware of this post. I’d read on Friday that people were getting them through the post so went down today. Got them no problems.

Has anyone else’s tickets turned up damaged over the barcode? Mine have a black discolouration over the top of the barcode so I imagine it won’t scan.

You need to contact the TO and ask for a reprint. If the barcode is damaged, it's highly unlikely that it will be accepted at the turnstile.

Only one of the two tickets I ordered (in the same transaction) arrived today. Hoping the other one arrives at some point, and I wouldn't mind it being next to the one I've already received.

If they were purchased in the same transaction, there's no way that they should be sent to you separately! Contact the TO.

Mine have the same ever so slightly on the barcode but 99% of it is visible. Not sure whether to just risk it

One potential scenario is that the club will put you on the reprint list to collect the missing ticket at Deepdale and then when you're on the game the seat will be taken because the original was posted to someone else. That's exactly what happened to us at Wigan.

I emailed the ticket office last night and they’ve replied first thing this morning saying they’ve added me to the re print list and to collect them at Deepdale on the day of the match. Might just be worth dropping them an email.

If the barcode isn't 100% then I wouldn't risk it.

Just gone to collect our 10, and there were in 2 envelopes, 7 in 1, 3 in another so can't complain about that.

Goodness knows what we will have got and when if they were posted out.

Seats 122-132 though so I'm guessing stuck in a corner

I'm in seat 122 in cricketfield and it's only about 10 seats from the end so though it would be something similar with being behind the goal.

Still no tickets here and postal strikes the next two days. Absolutely rubbish at the moment. Will have to nip down Monday as a last resort.

Went into the ticket office at lunch to pick up my 2 tickets, they gave me an envelope with only 1 ticket in and couldn’t seem to find the other one anywhere so I had to give it back and then they gave me 2 completely different tickets sat next to each other so not sure where they actually came from if it’s sold out

I visited the ticket office to collect the two I ordered...gave them my name...and he went back into the office to check through the ones in envelopes. Not there. Looked in a plastic box that had some in...not there. He came back out asked my clarets number, checked on the system and then just issued me two off a really big pile they had. I asked for the middle section but get the feeling it's probably random where we are.
It's still coming across as a bit of a s***show in there.

Similar happen to me when I collected mine on Wednesday. I asked for seats in the rear section so will see where they are on Tuesday if the game goes ahead

They sent me 8 adults instead of 4 adults. Wigan I received tickets for seats blocked off by police and for WBA I had duplicate tickets with someone in my seat with the same ticket.
Wigan staff said up to 2k could of been duplicate that day.
Seriously need to get a grip of the situation.

Mine has not arrived (2nd away match in a row).
I will email them again. Makes it difficult, as you have to ensure time to find ticket collection point, beforehand. Can't afford traffic!

Make one wonder if there is skulduggery, somewhere in the chain. Last time someone else also had ticket for my seat.
