Watford have equaliser denied for offside. Terrible decision. Watford player that heads it on was in offside position but the ball came to him from a fiddlers back. Should have stood.

We should be winning this instead of drawing, it has been a common theme so far this season ( WBA and maybe Watford apart). I still think we will win tonight as we look a far better team but it’s goals and not possession that counts as we know from our years under Sean. Come on Burnley,!!!

We just need that extra bit of quality in the box.

Think SD will be back in Management at Boro tomorrow.
I don't think the Middlesbrough fans will be happy with that.

Better start, getting the ball into the box now and Preston don’t look comfortable

Hopefully we can be a little more direct and get the ball in the box earlier.
The latter part of the first half saw us attemptinng to dribble the ball into the net with our wingers having been clipped. Let's hope that Tella and Benson can find a way of ripping PNE defence apart in the second half.

He’s also cost us more than he’s created

Dodgy keeper ruins the whole confidence of the team

He’s 6ft 5in and plays like a ballerina.

He will be limping shortly
What are you going on about. He slipped, it’s unlucky but it happens. It certainly doesn’t make him a dodgy keeper!
Muric has played a massive part in our possession, build up play and attacking threat this season. Beyond me how people can’t see that. To compare to Nick Pope is ludicrous. Different levels of quality (clearly Pope is a class above) but more than that, totally different playing style.

It's hard watching under VK...

And for all the possession and passing, it doesn't take a lot to score against us

For 2 seasons I've been wondering how Brownhill gets near a free kick - I must be missing something.

That would genuinely be one of the funniest things for years though after Karanka and their bragging over who they'd signed etc.

We're playing well, and Preston are nothing special but they are defending resolutely. I'd have taken a point before the game with it being a local derby game, but we should put these to the sword and I think we will

Really, you find this hard? I find it exciting not watching us clearing our area every minute or so with a big hoof.

I was a fan of Dyche and everything he did for us but for me this reset has been a ray of sunshine.

I’d throw another striker on…

Maybe for Brownhill - need more to aim at in the box

We need to work on our set plays, we can't defend and can't score from them.
We fall apart in the last quarter of matches when we aren't winning.
Furthermore, we have better options off the bench than Ash Barnes
Roberts and Benson have played well
I can see why tella was sent out on loan

PNE are defending deep and compact. Trying to move the ball around but just missing that spark that we had in the first half. Controlling the game completely though.

Brownhill largely anonymous again and Cullen doesn't do enough for me. Nearly everything in midfield goes through Cork.

After Cullen’s superb start against Huddersfield, he’s not been as dominant as I was hoping he would be.

I’m not sure he’d be in my starting eleven when Westwood is back.

When you see 78% possession and no shots on goal it kind of sums things up.

Fair play to Preston, you can see why they've had seven clean sheets. They remind me of us under Dyche before we added the quality of Ings and Arfield etc.

Seriously need to put another striker on

What’s the point having all this midfield against a team that’s sat in with three/five at the back?

I don't get the fascination with Roberts....he's slow & can't cross a ball.
Time to give Lowton a chance.
