Punched when he should've caught. Part from that rarely tested tonight.
That's how Continental keepers are brought up, we had a run of English Keepers in goal for so long we forget the differences.

I hear what you're saying John, and on a night when we've just coasted to yet another 3.0 victory I shouldn't be nitpicking. Maybe those English keepers have spoilt us. I am more relaxed with our keeper as each game passes but I still feel a bit ify about him on occasions.

Thought he was really good tonight. He is so good on the ball and just helps our defence so much as he is like an extra outfield defender. Yes his domination of crosses is a weakness but he is getting better at that as well. I like him.

A few moments of classic MuricBall where he spooned it out of play unnecessarily and invited some unwelcome pressure and a perhaps debatable decision to punch, but he was overall very good and he’s a huge part of our current style of play. He was particularly excellent in helping us see the game out by starving them of the ball with some, at times, wonderful possession play.

Even if that Birmingham free kick had been on target, he still had the top corner covered. Along with the rest of the squad, he's improving all the time.

Only 15mins into the game and you're on the lad's back, why not show a bit of support for a change? Honestly...

Long ball distribution is never great, regardless of which keeper is leathering it.

He's had more to do in that half than the last 4 games combined, and when called into action he's produced big saves when needed.

Firstly, it wasn't me he was saying that too.
Secondly, it's a message board for Burnley Supporters. Not Burnley critics. No harm in getting behind the lads, they're more likely to perform with encouragement than constant criticism. Give them a chance. That's my point. If your standpoint differs, you're not a Burnley fan in my eyes.

He is not the best keeper in the world whichever side of the divide on muric you are ion...but I agree he has got better the longer the season has gone on...however I would not want him in the goal in the Premier...the Blackburn goalkeeper to me looks very good ..

Another clean sheet, a couple of very good saves, two dodgy passes early on. Burnley pick up another three points on the road. I’m very, very happy with that.

Muric is the 2nd best goalkeeper according to all the stats in this division, and his style is part of the Burnley DNA now and how we play. Those who cant appreciate all that and get there head round it, need to go find another team to follow as it ain’t gonna change
