Is it just me who thinks he is exceptionally poor when he has to think about anything however when it’s instinct he is pretty good.

I think he will look pretty ordinary in the premier league. He is a great asset this season but i hope in the summer we will look for someone better
I agree that his decision making can let him down at times, too often he'll choose the wrong option. Probably the only reason he's playing for us and not in the Prem.

I think Tella is an excellent finisher, perhaps the best natural finisher at the club. Just look at the goals he’s scored for us and how well placed and accurate they were - against Blackpool, Coventry, QPR and Birmingham to name a few examples.

I do agree he can be very poor on occasion with the ball and with his decision making when out wide with men in front of him. I still think he’s an excellent squad player and I’d like us to sign him for a reasonable fee next season.

The fact that he is now cup-tied, suggests he is not being recalled.

It might suggest it, but it’s not a given. As we know squads are deep and rotated. Southampton might not care he’s cup-tied

Probably yeah. Most players we’ve had don’t have the ability to be in the positions and situations where he makes those mistakes.
