Do you think we employ way more than all other clubs ?

Or do you think it might just be Kompany's way of showing it is a team effort ?

VK recognises that is a team effort and not just from the “front of house” staff

"I would like to give a thanks to all the players and staff involved; the coaches, physios, medical, sports science, analysts, kit staff, grounds staff and everyone else who played a part."

Reward for all the hard work that VK and his staff have put in.

Well done to Michael Duff also for winning the league one manager for the second month running.

Thought he was sharing the success with the population of Padiham.

Well done to VK and the team.

2nd time VK has won manager of the month in his short Burnley reign. However I'm sure he'll be the first to say it's not down to just him.

Duff also impressing at Barnsley, Joey has Bristol Rovers on a great run, and a mention for Wade at Cheltenham who is on the verge of taking them to Wembley, plus Coyle could well lead Queen's Park up to the SPL.

Demonstrates that we can produce plenty of emerging managers with Burnley connections.

We’ll done to Vinny, and the team.

It would have been ridiculous to award it to anybody else.

The selection panel have never had a simpler decision to make.

Well done team VK.

He should win MotY across all levels. He’s put together a team that has Burnley further clear of 3rd than the last playoff team is from the relegation zone.
