Unless you have 6 thousand plus points I'd forget it. Even then I think it will be a bit of a scramble.

Supposed to go on sale next Monday the 23rd. If the limit is set at only 6,000 points they very well could sell out within a couple of hours.
Everyman and his dog are on about going to this one with it being probably the last chance to go to Kenilworth road

I know loads who are going to this, all with over 6000 points but some never / rarely go away.

It’s the only ground in the league I’ve not done.

Only 1,032. I'm sure the away section holds more like 1,500.

They used to give you the full end but it's split with home fans now.

Weirdest away turnstiles I have ever seen ...

It does but you only get the full end for a cup game.

I see they have recent attendances of around 19,000 and the ground last year was getting over 25,000 so I guess as a last resort you could watch with the home fans. Thats what I will try todo if there is no possibility of an away ticket

I have tried registering on the Luton FC web site in the event our away tickets sell out and I cannot get one, with a view of getting a home ticket next month. However it says that my email is already in use, does anyone know if clubs have access to other clubs members email addresses as I am obviously registered with Burnley

You also need a purchasing history, if you don't you need to ring their ticket office, so you have no chance

I doubt for data protection they can share email addresses. Can you not ask to reset your password?

Interesting. I have been keeping an eye on away ticket sales this year and so far the only game that hasn't reached general sale was Huddersfield on the opening day. I am expecting that there may be more as we approach the final run-in but this certainly looks like a contender.

I have 5000+ points on my 3 ST's and I'll be disappointed if I dont get 2 tickets for this game

The points system needs a change when kids are at games that clearly don't have 6k points, it needs a reset like they take an average of how many away tickets someone has bought over the last 5 or 6 season's, and somehow the points used are for that person only instead of people passing them onto friends and family, for a start if adult points are being used then only an adult ticket can be bought with them

Every time a tight away game like this happens this conversation always comes up. Those who do not have the points obviously want the system changing so they can get tickets, those who do have the points don't - and in all fairness, why should my potential ticket go to somebody with half the points?

I have the points.

I think the system is unfair and should be changed.

The reason why I have been taking an interest in away ticket sales is to try and get an objective take on things. As regards the issue of children with less than 6000 points at matches (obviously true at Huddersfield) the issue is not how points are allocated or how many points are needed but how they get transferred between people.

I'm not going to get into this too deeply here but I would merely point out that over the last two seasons so far I could have attended every home game , nine away league games last season (so that's almost half) and every away game bar one this season AND taken a child with me to all those games without having a single point available. Many away games this season have sold out....but apart from Huddersfield they have always reached general sale first.
