I think even the pessimists like me are now confident that we're not going down.

As to those suggestions that we might confirm our promotion at Ewood, I think that would be marvellous, the perfect opportunity to ease the long standing local tensions: The Blackburn fans would be able to join in the celebrations and I'm sure that even the most die-hard of horse botherers would relish the opportunity to at least politely applaud the success of their near neighbours and perhaps even voice a rousing chant of 'for they are jolly good fellows'.
