If we sign him too, will this window be EVEN better than the summer window? Hard to believe that was even possibleColburn_Claret wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 4:43 pmHadziametovic isn't in their squad today.

We’ve definitely gone from famine to feast when it comes to new signings. We’ve signed around 21 players since our relegation, but the more we sign the more we want! Part of me thinks we might be getting a bit greedy.

He wasn't in their squad in midweek either.
Re: January transfer window rumours.
He’s the one that I really want - of course only based on YouTube videos. Watching those clips, I could just imagine him pinging those balls to Benson and Zaroury in the channels and now to some genuine pace through the middle.Colburn_Claret wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 4:43 pmHadziametovic isn't in their squad today.

If he’s as good as he looks, it’d stretch the opposition even more than we are already able to do.
Midfield is surely the area that needs to be the main focus now (if we are still looking to add) and for next season.

Re: January transfer window rumours.
If the issue with Obafemi being an initial loan rather than a purchase (cash flow wise) then that's because we are either spent up or saving cash for one last signing.DCWat wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 5:30 pmHe’s the one that I really want - of course only based on YouTube videos. We will see if it's the latter by Tuesday evening.

Probably absolutely nothing, but Birmingham midfielder Nico Gordon has tagged his location as Burnley in a random Instagram post.

He's on a cultural tour of canals, what with Birmingham being the "Venice of the midlands" and is currently taking pics of the culvert

He posted two black reels ?sorry if that’s not what they’re called I’m not very good at social media). First with Manchester as his location an hour ago, then another with Burnley 24 minutes ago - suggesting (to me at least) that he’s travelled from Manchester to Burnley?Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 6:49 pmWere Brum stopping over at Crow Wood while playing Rovers?

Regarding Sheff United, if they sell Berge, then the money will be used to pay off the embargo so they can sign players again
Re: January transfer window rumours.
Nixon just linked them to Lewis O’Brien at Forest as a replacement, and they’ll try and sneak in ahead of West BromLancasterclaret wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 7:03 pmRegarding Sheff United, if they sell Berge, then the money will be used to pay off the embargo so they can sign players again

Re: January transfer window rumours.
Some one needs to have a word with him and let him know it’s usually quicker to get off the M6 at Bamber Bridge and travel down the M65 instead of going via Manchester.NewClaret wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 6:59 pmHe posted two black reels ?sorry if that’s not what they’re called I’m not very good at social media). Lyndon Dykes name cropped up earlier today.
According to SSN he has been admitted to hospital with pneumonia. No idea what the recovery period might be but best wishes to him that he can continue his career.

Re: January transfer window rumours.
Beg to differ here - with the road works and extensive 50 mph speed limit from junction 21 northwards, its usually quicker to use the M62, M60 etc.
Is this still the right thread for an argument?

Gordon’s just back from a 6 month lay off and is predominantly a centre half.
Seems highly unlikely.

Possible now Porteous has gone to Watford, and wherever he goes on loan we need to ensure he gets minutes.claptrappers_union wrote: ↑Mon Jan 30, 2023 9:57 amI'm told CJ Egan Riley might be going to Hibs on loan
