Muric's pinpoint long passing is not the same as aimlessly hoofing it down the channels. If you think it's the same that's a cause for concern, to be polite.
Ok ill take your point, you meant a lot more than you said and where not articulate enough to encompass all your thoughts and i should realise that where numerous things in the post that you didn’t say , and people who cant read your mind, worry you and give you cause for concern.
I should not point out any inaccuracy or deviance to your post as that will only upset you.. is that polite enough
Oh and just to be clear it was you who called muric - hoofing i referred to it as passing.

Big moments have gone against Everton, none more than the Tarkowski header hitting the post and Liverpool scoring within 15 seconds.
But having said that, Everton have looked tonight what they’ve been all season, a bloody poor side.

The "handbags" comment was referring to the squabbling
amongst the players.
Dyche will sort it out.

Robertson in amongst it again.
Think he's been taking behavioural lessons from Richarlison.

VK's not going to have them humping long balls down the channels for a lone striker.
Ashley plays for us now and we don't lump it - you can't beat experience

4 minutes stoppage time only and 8 second half substitutes plus hold up for a scuffle between Robertson and Pickford .
Referees have obviously been told not to add time on for time wasting or there would have been more than 10 minutes stoppage

No handbags. I think McNeil would be a solid option on our bench. Ask Burnley fans and I bet most would agree.
Can I have what you’re drinking please ? If he hadn’t played for us know one would even give him a 2nd glance , Neverton have definitely had their pants pulled down,

I’d probably disagree with you on Liverpool. I thought they were better than average tonight. But Everton looked very poor tonight. I’ve seen that Everton performance many times this season.

Everton poor tonight-but what a poor bench SD has. Think Gray unlucky not to start-he is more effective than Dwight, but suspect SD feels he has to play DM. If Everton play like that at home the crowd will quickly turn on them

Haven’t changed my opinion that failure to bring in a striker before the January window closed would send Everton down. Lowest scoring team in the PL and having to rely on Ellis Simms is a sign of desperation.

Richarlison saved them last season with his late season purple patch, however unless they can get DCL off the treatment bench their survival prospects aren't looking healthy this season.

Everton should have sacked Lampard at the beginning of the year, but they left it too late. If they get beat on Sunday, they are down.

I’d put my neck out and say our team/squad last season is better than Everton’s this and how many games did he win before leaving 4 or 5? He needs to get that squad performing better against direct relegation rivals than he did ours last season or they are gone.

I think that’s pushing it a bit. 15 games to go after the Leeds game.

Quite the overreaction on here. Everton just beat top of the league Arsenal, and have just lost to Liverpool. I think most people would consider 3 points from those two fixtures a very good return.

Yes plenty of games to play yet, and Everton were in a similar pickle last season and got out of it.
Everton's next 6 are
Leeds (H)
Villa (H)
Arsenal (a)
Forest (a)
Brentford (H)
Chelsea (a)
I can see points out of those 6, especially their 3 home fixtures, and their home form saved them last term.

Quite funny isn't it? We lost 2-0 at Liverpool last season, I imagine anyone talking about it in the terms this Everton defeat is being put in would have been run off the board.

One of the pundits on SKY , maybe Carragher , made a good point. Everton are capable of not letting a goal in,and whilst they keep it like this have a chance of sneaking a win, but when they do go 1-0 down its unlikely they can score one or more, and in attempting to do so leave themselves open to the counter-attack. They also don't have the defenders who can handle a quick counter attack as they clearly showed. I can see SD coming in for Charlie Taylor in Summer whether they stay up or go down
The biggest challenge Dyche has is ensuring in home games the crowd don't turn on the team, as they seem to have a number of players who lack that fight on a sustained basis

I am obviously in the minority but I'd love to see Everton relegated. Nothing to do with Sean Dyche or McNeil and Tarkowski all 3 of which I'll always regard as wonderful Clarets.

Not the defenders fault. They were all ahead of the ball after Tarks hit the post and Dwights shot was blocked but not enough had stayed back and the ones that had didn’t have the pace.
I wouldn’t rate Charlie above Mykolenko, it’s the RB needs sorting. Colemans lost his legs and they should play Goddard there.

Thought Everton were the better side until the first, but that seemed to lift a huge weight of Liverpool and they won with ease after that
Both Pickford for the 1st, and Coady for the 2nd have to do a lot better as well
Its a tough job, because that midfield three that Everton have is big, strong, fast, powerful (in theory) and they showed none of that last night
McNeil was one of Evertons better players 1st half as well
