Zaroury doing some good work on the left, couple of decent crosses.

Long shot straight at Muric. Another chance hooked over by Honeyman.

Barnes is slowing our play up way too much tonight after a few decent games. He gets that early ball to Zaroury quicker or better that's a goal. And if he's a quicker more mobile player he probably converts or at least hits the target from Vitinhos cross.

We're ripping them apart for pace and skill but our crosses and cutbacks have either been sloppy or unlucky. If Tellas fit I'd be tempted to introduce him as the central striker honestly. Alternatively Obafemi or Foster. They're struggling with the frontlines mobility so go ultra mobile for me.

Agree with this spt re. Barnes and I got slammed for saying this after the Luton game.

Some brilliant football that half. Just lacking the finishing touch. Barnes should play a simple ball to Zaroury to make it 1-0 but messes it up. Twine, Zaroury, Maatsen and Cullen looking good.

I think against Luton his offensive product was limited but he was also always going to be needed for the physical battle.
Tonight we look like we could go rampant once we get one, but like we're just a little too slow or wayward with crosses. Fast forward and first time cutbacks along the deck strikes me as the solution.

I am surprised that Bird’s Co-comms has been criticising Twine. Other than Zaroury he has been our biggest threat and has been tidy in possession.

Pretty good first 30 mins then let them get into the game
with some poor passing on our part.

Apart from 5 mins we have been well on top. Should have taken one of those chances, but we have worked them hard and I think it will tell second half.

Twine certainly looks better tonight and you can see they are worried about Zaroury.

Missed the first 10 mins p*ssing about with my IPTV but apart from a 5 minute spell I thought we seemed to boss the game and played some good stuff.

Think its gonna need a few subs to help make the breakthrough and my moneys on Obifemi to come on and grab us a winning goal.

Its mad to say this after the immense season he's had but we do look better in the middle with Brownhill playing alongside Cullen rather than Cork although you could argue the spells where Millwall did get on top may not have happened with Cork in the team

75% possession and 85% pass success to their 59%. Their only real chances are going to come from some random unlucky deflection off a Millwall player with a Sheriff's badge for a head.

Yeah first 10 minutes I reckon we had 4 chances including the big one for Zaroury! Agree re. Brownhill/Cullen, bit more front foot.

Liverpool 2 Real Madrid 2 after 40 minutes. Sounds like a good game.
