They wouldn't even know themselves it's mixed & adulterated with that much crap nobody would know, it's cut that many times from the source to consumer you would literally have to take it to a laboratory for it to be analysed.AlargeClaret wrote: ↑Sun Mar 05, 2023 5:47 pmKet’s been around for 50 yrs + surely?, bit of a crossover with Heroin which was used for all sorts of pain relief , and still is but lesser extent as a non injectable , but heroin not a great battlefield drug ! Ket used to get bundled into the “ horse tranquilliser “ bracket , usually when people like Keith Moon had been on Mandrax / Quads a very different drug. I’d imagine most uk paramedics carry Ketamine .
I’d be very suprised if the usual “ coke “ heads has been on Ketamine?? Or had they??

Re: Game spoiled by selfish "fans"
As an almost 70 year old you would think I would stand/sit with the moaners about behaviour. However I believe that those being described as 'druggies', chavs or Neanderthals probably paid more than I do to watch/not watch the match and have as much right as I do to take their enjoyment from the game. Do I like everything I see? Definitely not. Do I condone illegal behaviour? -Definitely not. But I don't judge people as groups as group behaviour is never the same as individual behaviour, it isn't now and it certainly wasn't in the 1960s and 1970s either.
The world has turned quite a few times since those glorious days of the late 60s/70s/80s when violence was ever present, fans would spend at least half the game taunting, threatening and provoking opposing fans (when not actually fighting them!) and get almost paralytic before, during and after games. The usage of illegal substances wasn't unknown back then either. Thank goodness we don't live in those days any longer.

Re: Game spoiled by selfish "fans"
I have never needed drugs to enjoy myself or get myself through the day as these coke heads seem to have a need for now. It's everywhere in society and I find the dead eye look or inability to socialise without being high incredibly sad. They must lead very hopeless/sad lives if they can't enjoy life without drugs - especially at games this season when we've been so spoilt with the football on offer.
I think someone mentioned sniffer dogs sorting the problem out at least a little and feel this is the way forward to stop them ruining everything for other fans who just go to the game to enjoy themselves, if only for them to stay in the stand more and have less visits to the bloody toilets

Re: Game spoiled by selfish "fans"
I sense that a synthetic drug such as Spice or Bath-salts is involved.
These drugs are super cheap and can be mixed with Cocaine....The Emergency services in LA are inundated with violent people "off their heads" on Synthetics..these people are often violent & it takes 2 or 3 people to subdue them.
Having hung out with literally hundreds of Cocaine users over the years, i can honestly say i never saw any of them become violent, sometimes if someone has been up for 2 or 3 days ...maybe, but by then i don't think them capable of attending a football match.

Re: Game spoiled by selfish "fans"
Coke doesn't make people become violent as though some force is acting on them impelling them to be violent; coke disinhibits people, and if the user has a propensity for violence they act without inhibition. The common denominator in coked up violent arseholes is not the coke, it's that they're violent arseholes. I'm not an apologist for drug use or anything, it's that I'd rather these knobheads not be at the footy (or anywhere) even when they're stone cold sober. Such base creatures.

I've no clue who you are, nor why you have reacted that way to that post, but the way you've expressed yourself makes me think you're seething at the sight of my username, and it has put you in a ridiculous state. That's a problem for you, not for me. The mormon comment made on whatever thread it was posted on was funny, and is practically a meme on the internet in any discussion about mormonism. There are times on this forum when it feels like walking into a retirement home and talking to senile old prudes.Robbie_painter wrote: ↑Sun Mar 05, 2023 10:13 pmWhat a post, maybe you should stick to researching the sex lives of young mormons.Weird guy you.
Or perhaps you merely take exception to the above comment on the grounds that you feel represented by it? What exactly is so objectionable about the comment I made?...aside from the fact it cuts too close to the bone for you, perhaps? Do you and your mates do coke at the football, is that it?
Most likely explanation is some previously banned weirdo with a grudge.

Re: Game spoiled by selfish "fans"
Your only contributions to this thread are to call a poster 'weird'. I know this makes you feel good, but my question is why? What necessitated such an ejaculation on this thread? What was clogging up your system so much that you thought posting what you did toward a stranger was good for you?

Sorry you are wrong , I have seen someone very close to me turn into a violent person through cocaine and at the end needed to be sectioned at it wasn't pleasant to see a loved one like that.Spiral wrote: ↑Sun Mar 05, 2023 7:12 pmCoke doesn't make people become violent as though some force is acting on them impelling them to be violent; coke disinhibits people, and if the user has a propensity for violence they act without inhibition. I will second that, he definately hurt his back and it spoilt his day. Don't be too quick to judge.KlyBfc wrote: ↑Sun Mar 05, 2023 10:54 amAnd I can assure you that the lad who was leaning was perfectly fine there and back on the coach. He’d had a few drinks in the pub as all pre game (when dropped off) and may have been a little fresh, but he definitely hurt his back on the way to the ground. He caused no harm or disrespect to anyone throughout . The coach he and we were on was perfectly civilised both there and back.

I remember once seeing a bouncer throw a youngish lad out of a club who had cerebral palcy because he thought he was drunk, poor lad was in tears outside. Luckily once we realised we sorted it all out for him and they let him back in with an apology.yorkshireclaret wrote: ↑Mon Mar 06, 2023 7:58 amI will second that, he definately hurt his back and it spoilt his day.
