£27.50 for Old folks ticket. Good value for the first of our 3 cup finals.

Whatever
Draw a line under it and let's get back to the subject matter.
We seem to have sold a decent amount in the first morning.

Rail strikes a problem for me with no buses across the Pennines.
Then factor in kids prices for the middle tier far higher than the top tier (from which I can never see) and I think it’ll be BBC1. Those kids prices are a surprise, top tier reasonably priced though.

"The project involves the construction of a third tier and roof to the South Stand, adding an additional 6,250 seats in the new tier"
"As a result of the extended away allocation, the visiting club has been allocated South Stand Level 3 and blocks 212 (away) to 219 in South Level 2"
Taken from the Man City website.
Our allocation is 7,802

Re: 2022/23: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Just had a look and it looks like we’ve sold a good amount on the first day. Probably around 5k? Couple to go, and imagine plenty are waiting for the 2nd tier to go on sale - I nearly did.

Blocks 315 & 316 are sold out.
Block 313 has five seats left
Block 314 has a small number of rows left
Blocks 317 & 318 have good availability
We have shifted an excellent number of tickets on the first day.

313 =
314 = 55
317 = 300ish
318 = 75% of section available.
So out of 6250 available (allegedly) probably over 5000 sold already. Tomorrow morning anyone?

Definitely going to sell out then, not looking likely to make general sale?!
Re: 2022/23: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information

Re: 2022/23: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Not great on level 2, not many people, hard to get an atmosphere going in there. Didn’t like it when I’ve been on there before. Level 1 best, but we’re not getting those
Re: 2022/23: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Just under 1k of upper left i think
300 in 317
650 ish in 318
assume we'll get to sell level 2 even if its thursday

Might not sell out. I'm not sensing much enthusiasm in our group.

Re: 2022/23: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Must admit, I wasn’t bothered about going, as it happens a mate has bought me one assuming I’ll go so I will do and I’m sure I’ll be looking forward to it closer the time.CaptainKirk wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 6:30 pmAs soon as the draw came out I thought, meh, fed up of going there to see us lose. Better view on TV.
I just don’t enjoy going there

This was me as soon as I heard the draw in the car. I moaned to the brother in law in the car about our bad luck, typical, not paying to watch us have no chance blah blah blah. It went quiet for a bit and then he just chirped up with
‘Yeah but what if’
And there and then I knew he had me and I was off to Manchester again

Imagine making the semi finals of the FA cup by winning at City and not being there.KlyBfc wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 6:40 pmThis was me as soon as I heard the draw in the car. As disappointing as the draw was…. It’s still the quarter final of the FA Cup during a season where the team is having a phenomenal time.
I wasn’t sure initially but thought I can’t not go and support this team in the quarter final of the FA Cup!
If you can afford it, get behind the lads!! It’s only a short journey.

Re: 2022/23: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Apologies if this has been covered already in the thread. But how come u18 tickets are £10 more in tier 2 than tier 3? Seems like they’ve just plucked some prices at random there.Winstonswhite wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 10:11 amhttps://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/con ... ester-city
We got the cheap tier 3 tickets so doesn’t matter, just seems odd.

Train strike off
Re: 2022/23: Manchester City v Burnley – Ticket Information
I hate going to the Etihad, been stuck in the upper tier makes it even worse. But yeah, it's the nagging feeling of "what if"? I know if we got a result and I was watching it in the pub I'd be gutted I missed it. So I'll probably end up goingKlyBfc wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 6:40 pmThis was me as soon as I heard the draw in the car. Just Network Rail who aren't striking anymore and that's on the 16th. Still planned for the 18th by the looks of it.

They've split them, so it shows level 2 but further down is 3.ClaretTricks wrote: ↑Wed Mar 08, 2023 10:11 amwhere has level 3 gone, and how many seats have gone on level two already in 40mins,about 600
