Looks like a lot we’re waiting for level two to go on sale. Think I’d have preferred that too, really.

Correct decision by the club though. Hopefully leaves 800 or so of the cheaper tickets for non season ticket holders tomorrow.

Took long enough, tickets in block 215 sorted. Was starting to think those without even points for Huddersfield, Luton & Blackpool were giving this one a miss :D

Not sure just what the attraction is of level 2? More costly than 3, much smaller and worse for atmosphere.

For us following the last visit there in the cup, it is worth an extra £5 to sit in the smaller section. Less people turning up 10 minutes into the game needing to get along the row of seats you are sat in, less people going back the other way 15 minutes before half time, less people returning to their seats 10 minutes into the second half and then less people leaving way before the end due to the scoreline.

With this being a tea time kick off it seemed a much more desirable area to sit in.

More costly yes, but much lower and nearer to the pitch.

Booked mine over the phone about an hour ago. We've sold just over 5,000 apparently. Defo sell out

Now that level 2 is available I’d expect us to sell a good amount to ST holders today looking to buy before general sale. Then the general sale to go pretty quick once opened up.

Two hours ago there were just over a thousand left in tier 2 and around 850 in tier 3, so they're selling well!

Thanks for the update Ian.

So assuming that tier holds 1500, that’s about 500 in tier 2 + 800 in tier 3 = 1300 to go on sale tomorrow morning?

There will be a scramble…

Sorry missed Tonbridge’s post… so 1850 left, 6k sold, that’s good going. Imagine they’ll shift on general sale very quickly.

Yes NewClaret. Anyone with a Season Ticket, who is contemplating going to the first of our 3 Cup finals, should be ensuring a choice of seat, tonight.

Apologies for my OCD condition, but I have this urge to count things all the time (as members of this board who have crossed the Pyrenees with me know only too well)! 888 now left in tier 2.

Whilst I am sure we would all get on, I have to declare that I am free of OCD (my partner has it) and I hate counting things!

I do it as a necessary ingredient to speed up ticket sales and encourage support.

I am really pleased that Tonbridge actually counted them all! I counted one block and estimated the rest! Hence the % use!

It's a great effort.

Apart from Blackburn and Wembley, I'm struggling to think of selling out such a big away end at them prices.

The expected whoosh, now on general sale, is indeed a big whoosh!

Very little availability in either Tier 3 or Tier 2 except in Block 318, in both Tiers.

Best get yours quick! Just 1 seat in some blocks!

Nothing whatsoever for away fans around the ground.

Asda is opposite the ground but imagine it’s a nightmare to get away from.

There'll have been a lot of uptake today because people like myself have been waiting until they could buy multiple tickets. I wanted to take my grandson but could only get the one ticket until this morning.

Got a bit of a surprise after holding off as a STH so I could get a few tickets only to find that the price boost is applied to my account as a STH not just the non-STH.

Is this the norm, that a STH waits until general sale and then has to pay the higher price even when logged into their own account?

Yes, it was clearly advertised that once tickets went onto General Sale the cost would be higher.

Just checked and in fact it doesn't say that ST holders will have to pay the non - ST holders price under General Sale. I would contact the TO to query this.

I did park in one of the side streets near the flats by Asda a few years ago, but I had to be there about 2 hours before KO to try and acquire some tickets.

It was a nightmare getting out though. Found it quicker the next year parking in the city and getting the tram in

Isn’t it just a case that the tickets on level 2 are more expensive than level 3?

It was in the details that tony posted

Ignore my last response. I’d only seen the prices for the 2 levels, not the additional prices for non STH
