No way Roberts gets dropped. He’s been great since he’s grown into VKs style.

He has, I’m just thinking pure tactically. I doubt we’re gonna see much of him playing inverted near the edge of Cities box

Same team as the other night. I'd bring on Benson for the last 30 mins, no matter the state of play.
I can't see any point in changing the team or system, just because it's City. VK would rather we learnt a lesson than failed for not being positive.
It won't be a yardstick for next season, but a good test for our players and a helpful exam of where we need to be.

Muric
Roberts, Ekdal, Beyer, Maatsen
Gudmundsson, Cullen, Cork
Tella, Foster, Zaroury

However I would be tempted to start Benson in place of Zaroury.

No idea about line ups but this match has me as excited as our two duels with Liverpool in Jan.’73.
They were top of Div1 and went on to win it, we were top of Div2 and went on to win it.
0-0 ont’Turf. Superb match the outstanding memory was a corner played out to Colin Waldron on the edge of their area. Volleyed just over, sadly.
I could have dreamt this but walking up to the ground you could hear the chanting a long way out. It sounded as though they had mikes above the crowd and were tannoying it.
Replay they turned us over 3-0 but we will always have Stevo’s save from Peter Cormack to make us smile. Stunning reflexes.

Walker chant might be interesting...

Benson ruled out according to SSN. Probably already posted on here but I haven't seen it.

Don’t think they are accurate with that, he played two nights ago.

Unless the challenge late on has put him out again.

Actually - a decent source on Twitter says Benson starts on the bench.

One thing. Are we going to have a decent commentator and co-commentator this time? Because the last time we were on the BBC recently, they were shocking.
