The IT band runs along the outside of the thigh, from just above the hip to just below the knee, and is made up of fascia, an elastic connective tissue found throughout the body.

Anyone know of channel alternative to iFollow for the game?

My IPTV is buffering a bit on the Reading channel and worse on the Burnley one.

Every corner we’ve had Langford has blown a foul. Even Simon Church on Reading comms is complaining about it.

We look like a team that hasn't played enough games together! Churlinov not quite in tune with Foster, Taylor and co. Not as fluid as usual.

Reading don't look very good.
