Millwall

Post by box_of_frogs » Fri Apr 28, 2023 8:39 pm

Is it just me, or does anyone else really want them to get promoted?

It’d probably be better for us if Luton or Millwall came up.

TBF, it's not just you as I feel the same and would be happy to see them make it. Having said that, I also think Luton deserve it too as they'd slipped into non league a few years back and they aren't in any way a "big club", but have bounced back amazingly to be where they are.

Not particularly arsed who comes up, as long as it's not those idiots down the motorway.

I want Millwall to come up just to see the carnage when they play WHU

Through the play offs then it's Luton or Coventry for me.

If they go up, nobbers will take the record of most 2nd tier seasons played without getting promoted to the PL.

They aren't very good though based on this

As long as Rovers don't get into the top six I don't care who comes up

I don't want another London club anywhere near the prem, Millwall and Luton can f#ck off. Especially Millwall, horrible trouble makers following either club football or England.
Anyone other than bstrds from the Midlands or the north please.

Everyone knows about their bad reputation but what I do like about them is the loyalty of their fans despite all the rich and fashionable clubs that surround them. Reminds me a bit of a proud Lancashire club who wear claret and blue.

They already have it for the top tier as Millwall were in Div1, ‘88-‘90.

Incredible rise from non-league for Luton. I hope they go up.

Millwall for me! The polar opposite of a plastic club and nowhere near as scary as it was when I went three times in the 80s! No one likes us we don’t care!

Millwall or Luton will be a shock to the system for a lot of long term PL clubs

Luton for me...

Though in the grand scheme of things, I'm not that bothered

Would like Millwall or Luton to come up with us, something a bit different isn't it.

Millwall officials couldn't do enough for us in sorting out our tickets at the away match this season.
They were very helpful and polite
Proper fans and always a good welcome
I hope they go up.
