2 x arrived today 1 in my name and 1 in my mrs’s name instead of my son’s ( whose had a ST for 10 yrs ) they fck it up every time/or away tickets etc . The club then insist it’s “all been updated “ and proceed to yet again make a horse’s ar@e of it .

Mine arrived today! Unfortunately they have been sent to my old address. I moved on 27.4.23 and updated my address online! As I knew new cards were being issued I even rang to check they had my new address and they said they did. PS when the new loyalty points were done mine looked low. I rang them and it turns out I didn’t get credited any points for last seasons season ticket! Shambolic!!

If anyone has moved house in the past year and not received their tickets yet it would be worth checking with the club. I changed my address with the club in April and my new address is showing on my ticketing account when I log on however my tickets still managed to get sent to my old address today.

I’ve had similar me and my wife changed our addresses with the club the day we renewed our season tickets.

But somehow mine came to the new address and hers went to the old address

I’m 100% confident that the club will be geared up to deal with those fans who have not received their tickets by next Friday.
The ticket office will be geared up to deal with the increased number of people calling in next week to see where the tickets are.
The club know what they are doing here.
I’m expecting a smooth trouble free week.

Mine not arrived yet either.

Popped in to the ticket office this morning and they confirmed all ST cards sent (via an external company)

As another poster mentioned earlier they said if not arrived by Wednesday let the club know and they will issue a paper ticket for the City game.

Just a bit of a p*sser as I'm away on holiday from Monday for a week so would miss the game anyway but was going to let a friend use my ST on Friday, not sure if that'll be possible now

It’s completely unacceptable that normal post is being used for a costly product. It should be sent tracked and/or recorded delivery.

No chance the club would use recorded delivery,
They prefer to leave things late, leave a number of fans in the lurch and do things right in the middle of the summer holidays.
It’s an absolute sh-it show of a club when it comes to things like this - embarrassing how amateurish they are

I don’t agree with how late they’ve left it to post the tickets out, but how would recorded delivery have helped?
