Brilliant from Foster.

We've had more chances than City have.

Rodri definitely going to know he’s been in a game by Amdouni by the end of this game. Like a terrier.

Amdouni looks very good. Foster lively. Just a shame we’re playing City in the opener rather than a mid level team.

We changed our press and started holding our shape more and then they score again.

We've played really well. City can play at 50% and beat most of the league. If we play like this more often than not, we'll be more than fine.

Fires off quick, looked to be on target, blocked by a diving city defender…

Brownhill for Berge at half time. Berge can't get into the game.

Caught out twice, punished twice! This is why City are the best team in the world right now. I think we have done well to be fair.

Can’t grumble at the performance so far tonight - very much work in progress and some really promising displays - always a free hit this one and a good run out for the team.

Playing really well but for 2 split second moments. That's why they're Champions League winners.

We'll beat a lot of other teams this year with this level of performance

Not disappointed with that. The scoreline doesn't reflect the game. We have created a good few chances and the difference has been Haaland. Very promising.

Thought we played pretty well against the best team in world football. Such a sloppy first goal to give away and then the second is just the worlds best striker. Zeki, Foster and Koleosho have linked up pretty well to say it’s their first time together.

Same as last season in that we will be fine when all these players get used to playing competitively with each other. We will create more chances against the lesser teams but we have to take them.
