I’d assumed this was a spoof thread along the lines of deliberately choosing a very obscure location no one would have heard of and asking the question but seemingly not ! In all honesty I think you, as the person actually in the place and able to look round it , will be best placed to judge.

Lots of my friends have been to Hisaronu and the next village.
To the point where I thought it was the only place in Turkey they sold to in Burnley travel agents.

I'm sure you will bump into some Clarets out there.

About 20 years ago we were staying in Hisaronu and walked down to the Thursday Market. I was wearing my Burnley Shirt (no sponsor) Super League ... when a shout went out "Come on you Clarets" looking round there was a chap running a stall waving ... we walked over, turned out he was from Worsthorne had married a Turkish lass and lived in Fethiye running market stalls with his Father in law.

Yup tis a small world at times and us Clarets get everywhere.

Not too sure about bars in Hisaronu these days but have watched a few matches down in Olu Deniz on the strip (tbf we prefer Olu Deniz down the hill and its only a short Dolmus ride away)

There will be loads of options to watch the game in Hisaronu, Ovacik or Olu Deniz. Especially Hisaronu. Great area to be on holiday.

It's definitely not an obscure location.

We had our honeymoon in Olu Deniz and stayed at the same resort as Sammy McIlroy's assistant. He was sure at the time they would get the Burnley job.
