Thought the same, it was just behind him. Did well to get to it with the man on his back, was a great chance though.
It was just behind him but if you're playing striker for a Premier League side, you've got to bag those ones.

Isak misses an open goal - one easy ball utterly split the defence. It’s too easy.

Good from Trafford.

Trafford saved first attempt - and Isak got a second chance but missed.

I think I've said it for about ten years but at this level we're crying out for some big horrible lads through the centre of the pitch.

Trafford did really well to keep that at 1-0.

Our defence parted like the Red Sea for Isak there

We have to vary it at the back. They’re waiting for us to play short and then swarming us. We can only play it to players who are facing our goal and have no option but to play a back pass. They’ve tried going long a couple of times but not been switched on.

Muric might have been better as he can do long passes. Trafford keeps trying to hit Koleosho and he is too small to win it.

The option to Cullen from the keeper that we used so often last season just has been allowed to happen this season.

Would walk into our team.

Let’s see how we do at Luton minus Barnes and Ekdal.

So easy for Newcastle to pull a defender out then find the overlapping midfielder.

And Traffords long ball to Koleosho is never going to work against Dan Burn!

Tbf Cryer what else is he supposed to do, we can go short as newcastle are destroying us with the press. Can’t go long as we have shortest attack in the league.

Trafford seems to think 5’8 Luca Koleosho is going to get some change out of 6’7 Dan burn with the long balls he keeps floating into the right hand channel :|
