Ramsay did ok there up until the end. Possibly a stronger player retains possession.

Come on Burnley. Come on.

Anyone listening on Talk Sport 2. The lady commentating must be married to someone in the Luton team. She seems gutted by our second goal.
Yep…. She’s been horrendously biased all night

What mattered tonight was the points. This is a place I did suspect our young team, lacking a bit of confidence and possibly a bit more brittle than a battle hardened Luton would struggle in - so it proved.

I know some said it wasn’t - this was a must win, for me. Huge result and the old “Our season starts here” is a true statement.

3 points.

Need to build on that now and be much, much better in future. All part of a learning experience hopefully and we don’t go band to square 1 on Saturday.

We’re up and running.

Old school backs to the wall there. No calm passing, just booting it upfield or into touch. Performance was secondary for me tonight. We needed the 3 points.

Whew. Got out of jail for the winner but that steadied us a bit we were bloody awful there. Roberts was awful. Credit to Luton who changed the shape and we just didn't react at all.

Amdouni still not doing enough for me - had a super chance to play Foster in before the goal and passed it up then second half was nowhere near the pace at all. Weird sub with Ramsay too.

Up to your tricks again pal? Massive win yes but that performance in the second half left a lot to be desired and leaves a lot of questions.
