Eden Hazard Retires
Remains one of the best I’ve seen on the Turf. Unbelievable player in his prime. Shame his prime didn’t last very long.

Re: Eden Hazard Retires
The right thing for him to do tbh
He’s not been able to reach the required level of fitness since he went to Madrid
Great player during his Chelsea time

Cost Madrid about 100m and was on something like 350k plus a week and done nothing, just shows that without hindsight transfers aren't as easy as some like to make out.

Re: Eden Hazard Retires
It’s been well talked about on here but his 20 minute cameo at the Turf at the end of the 17/18 season is one of the best individual performances I/we’ve seen at the Turf.
He picked the ball up and drove at will and nobody could get near to him. Sensational player in his prime.

The best opposing player I have seen at TM. Ran rings around us.

Re: Eden Hazard Retires
However Matt Lowton kept him very quiet at Stamford Bridge in a 2 - 2 draw down there. Hazard got past him once and set up a goal.
