I reckon that's an at home 3 course meal, not a restaurant one.
My 3 course at home would be
Starter, black pudding with scallops in a light mustard sauce
Main rare rib eye steak with peppercorn sauce, chestnut mushrooms, skin on chips ,grilled tomatoes.
Pudding (Desert for our Southern Clarets) Lemon meringue pie.
Restaurant
Starter, chicken liver pate on melba toast with side salad and cranberry sauce
Main, pan fried duck breast in a drambuie sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, savoy cabbage with some pomegranate seeds mixed in.
Pudding, vanilla panna cotta with a strawberry coulis and a couple of strawberrys and a shortbread biscuit.
