Re: Everton match thread
The brain deads need to realise that booing a player can be the best motivation. Ask Jamie Vardy-everytime the opposition chant his wife is a slag, he invariably scores. McNeil is the only player in the last 10-15 years to come through our youth teams, was a hero with us, yet we boo him. Unbelievable

Re: Everton match thread
McNeil was a fabulous player for us with far more ability and graft in him than anything we've got out there tonight.
Coked up two hats. We really do earn the dingle tag sometimes.

Re: Everton match thread
Tarks compared to our current crop of centre halves is like comparing chalk and cheese. It is a gulf. Shows how far defensively we gave dropped in 18 months.
I thought the transfer windows under Dyche were bad but last summers has to be the worse ever for a promoted club. To be weaker now at the back and probably elsewhere too then we were in the championship is an absolute shambles.

We're miles better to watch with Muric in goal..........he actually leaves his line & catches the ball.

The most stupid thing would be to let Muric go, Pace needs to put a block on any sale.

Hard to win games when you keep giving the ball away as often as we seem to do recently.

Ekdal, Beyer and Foster into this side and you’d think our performances would be so much better in the league.

Re: Everton match thread
To be fair Cullen got in his way as well but you have to win those if you come for them. Let off.
Otherwise however he's been calm and class. Vitinho surprisingly lively. Tresor nice touches but loose possession little end product. Redmond showing his nous. Brun Larsen and Jay quiet.
Not convinced at all by either CB or Delcroix
