If/when they are relegated they start their next season in the Championship on -2 points.
That is them not catching us

Meanwhile, Citeh plod on regardless, and Everton remain, having been rewarded for offending twice.
You couldn't make it up.

Points deduction for any misdemeanor is a nonsense in my opinion. It should never happen. It brings whatever league the team is in a mockery.
If a person ( and that is what we actually talking about) does wrong in any way shape or form, why does the team have to suffer ?
If a director / accountant cheats , then jail them, ban them, fine them, put barriers in place to stop further cheating but don't deduct a couple of points, they are laughing at the the rule makers.

IF found guilty City will be relegated, their charges are fraudulent.

There's no comparison between City's situation and Everton/Forest/Leicester. Apples and oranges.

To elaborate, the question with City is whether they have broken the rules or not - that itself is a massive legal case that will take months/years to decide. And that's before you even get to any punishment. The others have broken the rules - nobody is debating that - the debate is extent of punishment due to "mitigating circumstances".

bonkers how many haven't cottoned on to the differences and I include loads of the media in that too, they've done such a poor job in conveying it

City is about fraud on a huge scale involving multiple companies - if found guilty it involves potential custodial sentences, the burden of proof required to convict is extremely high - hence the reason it is going to take a very long time, like you said, apples and oranges.

I don't need any conclusive evidence to know that a club like Man City with stupidly rich sand dwellers are bent.
More bent than a game of Snakes and Ladders between Vladimir Putin and Julian Clary.

Neither do I, but a judge does.

Can't remember who said it but remember that comment, we got lucky that they don't hand out trophies in October

For anyone annoyed that city and Chelsea haven’t yet been punished, their cases are extremely complicated and some barristers are gonna get even richer on the back of these hearings.
Everton, forest,Leicester are fairly straightforward if that’s possible as they are realising that there are so many loopholes and arguments that weren’t thought of by the prem idiots that brought in ffp,now psr, soon to change to player squad cost ratio.
The whole thing is a mess but to get an insight look up stephan borson or Kieran McGuire on YouTube, they are the experts and make it quite interesting for layman’s to understand.

Benson's first half away at Sheff Utd last season was the best individual display I saw all season and there was a lot to choose from. He ripped them to pieces single handedly.
I wonder if that will come into VK's thinking at any point.

What thinking is that?
I have seen no evidence of thinking all season.
