theres a difference between being negative and being realistic. I dont for one second believe that the "plans" touted in the press will ever happen, Burnley isnt a big enough place or has enough tourism to support such a venture. Same goes for towns. Who wants Burnley to be packed for if cheap plastic clad buildings?
Nobody does really, truth be told. But if defeatism and negativity win the day then that's what we'll end up with.
