It was a bit more than 5 games, but you know that. 10/10 for being dramatic.

Kompany though has had the exact loyalty he deserves. He was very lucky to still be in a job never mind land the Bayern role. Still at least we have been paid for him rather than sacking him and costing us a fortune. Failure really does pay in football management.

It seems he has a new role every 6 to 8 months - some may think Jenkins has more lives than Russell Ball and both of them more than a cat given how quickly so many others move/are moved on

Wasn't aware of that but it would make sense now as I've never understood what positivity he offers in any of the roles he's held , always seemed here by default.
