At least he didn’t get him to do the “up the clarets” that he usually gets them to do in these interviews

What do the media team do during the off season. It must be an incredibly dull time for them

Why didn't he ask him what's happening about our next head coach/manager? It would be odd to take a job as first team assistant coach without knowing who the head coach/manager is going to be.

Good luck to him. Seems enthusiastic but I suspect quite a bit to learn about 'the city' to begin with. In the end it's his influence on the players that counts.

Not really a suitable question really, it wasn’t a press interview.

You’d also think he has a very good idea who it is etc…. Bizarrely to some he’ll know a lot more than us what’s going on.
