He has at least 3 or 4 accounts on here. Always getting banned, so he just logs in to the next one.

Often has conversations between his different usernames, to back his posts up.

Yes, we have had a few on here over the years do it.

They usually have one username that is a wind up/falls out with other posters and other safer accounts as back up.

If this past week has proved anything it's that the only people who really know who've been interviewed and what's going on is AP and the board.
Far too many false hopes from those in the know and those on the wind up.

And over thirteen years later Stuart Gray is still going strong at Fulham.
Assistant coach to the last 3 managers?

Quite shocked when you consider the manager normally brings in their own men.

Must have helped with the continuity at Fulham.

If you are referring to my post. That's not what I said or believed.
I simply pointed out that I expected some of the players would be round and about the training ground - particularly those who are returning from injury.
I made no comment about the unlikely JJ Watt jet rumour.

Context is key Tony

Whilst I will be remembered for not liking Dyches style of play and being very vocal about it, I think this actually overshadows the truth. The truth is I kept my mouth shut through his first 4 years here and gave him a pass on the second to final season when he was handcuffed by Garlick looking to sell.

He had ten damn years to evolve it and change it a little, more than enough time yet his last two seasons were the worst style of football I have ever seen at PL level.

I gave Dyche support after his first relegation because he earnt the shot at getting us back up and he did, I extended that courtesy to VK, that’s all.

His last two years were the same style as all the other years - just done less well. Dyche's style when played well was very entertaining, just as Kompany's was. Dyche's style played badly was rubbish to watch, just like Kompany's was.

Each to their own I guess but I’ve never been more bored or disheartened by a season of Burnley in the Premier League as I was last season.

I can agree with that but in my opinion the disheartening feeling wasn’t based on style of play more the absolute colossal F up made in the summer compounded by the awful start.

The expectation after last season was so high, we spent a large chunk of money which SHOULD have made us better.

If RVN would prefer a coaches role regardless of who it is then he is clearly not the right man for us.

The “truth of the matter” is that nobody on the forum whinged about Dyche more than you did. And the reason you get called out for the blind faith and support you gave VK last season is because of the way and the extent you criticised Dyche.

There were definitely a lot of posters who were way over the top in their criticism of VK and some of the players last season - and whilst I disagreed with a lot of this all they were doing is what you did with Dyche over a longer period.

As for the last 2 seasons under Dyche being the worst style of football you have seen at PL level then if you genuinely think they were worse than last season then you are watching a very different game than the rest of us.

RVN deal collapsing..Bells off to Wales, LAMPARD extremely questionable, Rosenior is only viable choice left really unless someone knows different.
Meanwhile the bookies are coining it in.

He might think there's a decent chance Ten Haag won't see out the season.

As a member of the coaching staff and with a huge reputation at the club, he might be in a good position to be installed as the manager, even if it's just on a caretaker basis.

Worked well for Solskjaer, for a bit.

I thought that at first but then if they sack ten Haag would they then not sack the coaching staff he brought in

Problem with Lampard is he’s been given a chance at 3 clubs and failed at all 3. He’s on the rebound. And on a downward trajectory. We need the very opposite.

Best post of the whole thread. From a White Rose man.
50/50 really like my family. Mum Lancashire, dad Yorkshire. Lived right on the border in Barnoldswick. Brother born in Nelson. When the ambulance picked my mum up pregnant with me, it turned towards Nelson, my dad said you "can turn the other way and head to Skipton, I'm not having two Lancashire sons"

Well at least that's the story my parents told me.

The whole thing is a bit weird. Signing an assistant possibly without knowing who the new manager/head coach will be is a strange one. Does lean towards the theory that they already have their man but not announced it yet or that the new manager will not have as much power and say as VK did, which could put some managers off.

Only time will tell but I hope we get one sooner than later so he has time to work with the squad and sell/sign players to balance it.

This is rubbish.
Not according to all of the well respected journalists that have proven time and again that they have good sources. I know which side i believe.

RVN was almost through the door, he'd had a second interview was offered the job subject to a work visa and would of been announced late this werk early next werk, you can believe me or not but it was 100% happening until Man utd turned up at the last minute, as the saying goes sh1t happens.
Whilst nobody outside the board and inner circle can really know if this is the case, it certainly SEEMS very likely reading between the lines and the various rumours and reports. It's extremely frustrating if it is true, but as others have said, if RVN wants to be one coach amongst several others at Utd rather than the top man at Burnley, maybe he wasn't the right guy for us.

Makes you wonder had we done a Brighton and announced him prior to the work visa clearing, if we would have had out new man.
