The lack of movement from players when we have the ball is shameful.
So easily marked that when we do make a pass 99/100 the player has his back to goal so the only option is pass backward.
It's bloody awful, the lack of any team structure, tactics. Half this board could coach these better.

A really terrible performance - no improvement from the last two. Gallagher is a bang average player that should be nowhere near an England side, Bellingham looks lost, Kane anonymous. Misplaced passes galore, zero threat or creativity barring the disallowed goal. So frustrating to watch when you know what these players SHOULD be capable of.

I really hope the criticism of Lineker’s totally fair analysis after the last game doesn’t give this side and manager a free pass due to a ‘kindness’ rhetoric in the aftermath of Denmark. They’ve been shite and it needs calling out for what it is.

Time for Southgate to twist and give them some at half time - the draw and path to the final for the group winner is fantastic. We have to win to at least let us delude ourselves a while longer.
