might get a few waiting for fixture release to see how many midweek games are scheduled.

Is it still possible to exchange seats and can you do it online thanks
Re: So who's renewed their ST?
Would have thought that it should be possible to swop seats but you'd need to contact the TO.claret3561 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2024 1:15 pmIs it still possible to exchange seats and can you do it online thanks

Strangely I can get the ST seating plan on my laptop but on my phone it says that they're not available. I've asked the question of the TO.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 1:24 pmNot for me they're not.
Tried the main ticket site option and then through the ticket section., buy a New Season Ticket.

Re: So who's renewed their ST?
That or maybe the handful of singles remaining taken off sale while they pair them up with those left for walk ons and they release better seats with more available in pairs, etc?
Re: So who's renewed their ST?
I can still access the seating plan on my laptop. Still 3 x 3 and 2 x 2 seats available in the JHU Block 1.

I appreciate this thread has been running some weeks now but in answer to the question, yes myself, daughter and son have all renewed. Looking forward to the new challenges both for club, team and fans in the new season. Hoping for a good one.

Not me this year , I’ve been in the hospitality for the last few seasons in the James hargreaves stand , it’s roughly gone up about £100.00 the last few seasons but this year they decided to put it up £500.00 + vat bearing in mind have have 2 tickets (clients ) and also this year my free car park has gone to £250.00 + vat so there is an extra £1250.00 , last season I had on 4 occasions when I turned up there was no table set not even a pepper pot , the first couple of time I let it ride but by the end I’d had enough , at the end of the season i didn’t even get an email telling me of the new pricing I had to ask a third party , this year I’m havin a season off I’ll spend my £6780.00 on a month in the Caribbean, been going on the turf since 66 when I was 4 , so I’m not a glory hunter

That makes pretty grim reading. I presume the market research has been done to justify it...if it hasn't then it smells a bit like desperation.Claret knight wrote: ↑Fri Jun 28, 2024 1:38 pmNot me this year , I’ve been in the hospitality for the last few seasons in the James hargreaves stand , it’s roughly gone up about £100.00 the last few seasons but this year they decided to put it up £500.00 + vat bearing in mind have have 2 tickets (clients ) and also this year my free car park has gone to £250.00 + vat so there is an extra £1250.00 , last season I had on 4 occasions when I turned up there was no table set not even a pepper pot , the first couple of time I let it ride but by the end I’d had enough , at the end of the season i didn’t even get an email telling me of the new pricing I had to ask a third party , this year I’m havin a season off I’ll spend my £6780.00 on a month in the Caribbean, been going on the turf since 66 when I was 4 , so I’m not a glory hunter

Re: So who's renewed their ST?
It shouldn't, but i wonder if it might get lost amongst the inevitable drop off from people who spent their share "credit" on hospitality that might now be reverting back to sitting with us plebs?Claret knight wrote: ↑Fri Jun 28, 2024 1:38 pmNot me this year , I’ve been in the hospitality for the last few seasons in the James hargreaves stand , it’s roughly gone up about £100.00 the last few seasons but this year they decided to put it up £500.00 + vat bearing in mind have have 2 tickets (clients ) and also this year my free car park has gone to £250.00 + vat so there is an extra £1250.00 , last season I had on 4 occasions when I turned up there was no table set not even a pepper pot , the first couple of time I let it ride but by the end I’d had enough , at the end of the season i didn’t even get an email telling me of the new pricing I had to ask a third party , this year I’m havin a season off I’ll spend my £6780.00 on a month in the Caribbean, been going on the turf since 66 when I was 4 , so I’m not a glory hunter

Re: So who's renewed their ST?
Think it’s related to our transferring to ticketmaster technology.
But if the new ones don’t have to be handed over to a turnstile operator to scan that will be a massive step forward!

Re: So who's renewed their ST?
I’ll still be using the season card, only because it usually gets snatched from my hand at the turnstile for the operator to scan it for me. I let it go because it’s just a bit of plastic - can’t say I’d be happy with someone snatching my phone off me to “facilitate” the scanning process.Leisure wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2024 4:15 pmJust in case anyone has missed this info -

Edit - just seen NewClarets post above - looks like I’m not the only one noticing that!
Re: So who's renewed their ST?
It's never been a requirement to hand over your card to the turnstile operator, you can just do it yourself.

Re: So who's renewed their ST?
It never, ever scans when I do it. In the end the turnstile operator just gets frustrated with me and grabs it off me. Although they usually have to mess around with it too. It’s definitely not the smoothest scanning process anyway.

Re: So who's renewed their ST?
Pretty sure ST’s have come on sale again briefly and now SOLD OUT.
Thats what it shows when the new banners appear. Is that what it shows for everyone else?
If so that’s a fantastic effort clarets. To sell out after last season, basically the same number as a premier league year, and also more than the previous season in the Championship is brilliant.

For the first few games last season there was plenty of American tourists in seats in our block, but then they were left empty until the last few games where club staff came and sat in them for 30 minutes or so.
But these seats weren't available for STs this season.

Re: So who's renewed their ST?
No there’s lots of mystery around it, I agree, and an ST sold does not mean a bum on seat every Matchday as we all know the walk on prices will encourage people to buy a ST even if they don’t plan to attend every game.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Thu Jul 11, 2024 5:09 pmI don't think you will ever get to the bottom of how the club sell STs/tickets.

But still, to sell 16500 ST’s is blooming good going which ever way you look at it. You can’t sell them to tourists or corporates or away fans.
And the seeming increasing demand for ST’s is a positive for the future.
