Good to hear that you are now at ease with it all Tony , the C word is something i wish nobody would ever have to hear again but in the future we will beat it .

Thanks again everyone. I was in bed not long after 10:30 last night (so ridiculously early for me) and slept through to past 8 this morning. A first good night's sleep in weeks.
