Excellent penalty, but should never, ever have been given surely.

You can attempt to save that header if you want, Jordan.

He’s had a poor tournament, don't know why, he was terrific for Arsenal last season.

If Kane ( as he is ) stays more forward , it gives more room for Foden and Bellingham to work in .

By far the best performance from us so far. We actually look like we can mix it with the big boys at last (we'll probably lose it now!)

Best half of football we’ve played in ages.

We’re a bit open at times but so be it. It’s been really entertaining.

I agree but I’d rather try to outscore teams and lose, then sit back and lose 😂

Penalty all day long. Just think about if that happens anywhere else on the pitch, it’s given every time. Well done to the refs.

England the better side but needed a disgrace of a refereeing decision to get them level. The Dutch have had the two worst vars of the tournament go against them.

And when he's too deep it can make the team drop back. He needs to stay up top.

Needs Palmer on for at least 30 mins if score still level.

He'd already got his shot off, his follow through made him collide with defenders foot.

Having gone behind so early, that was so much better from England although I remain mystified at the award of that penalty.

So much better. It'll be even better with Shaw at left back assuming he can play 30 minutes. Foden and Mainoo outstanding. Ball needs to come to Saka more.

Yeah, Trippier’s final ball has been a let down a couple of times on the left.

Finally Foden has been taken off the left wing and allowed to play his normal game. The whole team has improved thanks to one tactical change.

Thought Mainoo has been excellent as well as Foden. We’ve won playing poorly , please let us win playing like this. A completely different England performance and match winners available to come on. Southgate this is your time

Foden and Mainoo are the stars of the show so far. Would look at maybe swapping out Trippier for Shaw because I think he would cause many more problems especially against the lad on a yellow card. Like someone else said Rice has had a shocking tournament. Where has the Arsenal Rice gone??

He was in the middle vs Switzerland. Like you say, since then we've improved under this change of setup.
