Home tickets sale
Hello, does anyone know what time they go on sale today? Thanks
Re: Home tickets sale
I thought it was 9am today for season ticket holders but its still saying only open to Gold & Platinum members at the moment?

Re: Home tickets sale
It always used to be 10am last season.
Actually telling people what is going on with ticket sales isn't a strong point for the club though. I see they've quietly amended the away tickets one so Luton is now on sale next week rather than today.

Re: Home tickets sale
Had email saying as a season ticket holder they’re now on sale, but I don’t qualify when following the link.
I don’t need any tickets, just seeing if they “fixed” the issues with ticket sales and it seems not.

Re: Home tickets sale
Just bought two extra tickets for the B@stards games, it didn't give my an option of postage or charged me for postage so I presume I pick them up, I didn't get an opinion to choose under this new ticketmaster way
Re: Home tickets sale
I thought the Luton Tickets were going on sale today, but I must be mistaken.

Home tickets have been digital for a while now.AGENT_CLARET wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 12:35 pmJust bought two extra tickets for the B@stards games, it didn't give my an option of postage or charged me for postage so I presume I pick them up, I didn't get an opinion to choose under this new ticketmaster way
I presume you have a registered email address for them to send them to?
Re: Home tickets sale
They were supposed to but we haven't received any details from Luton yet, so sales have been put back a week.

I bought some tickets for this match last wekk and recevied no email confirmation at all so emailed the ticket office. They came back with:AGENT_CLARET wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 2:37 pmYes that's what's happened in the past and they come instantly but nothing has arrived yet
I can see on your account that you have purchased Blackburn tickets. You should receive a confirmation email shortly.
You QR code will be sent around 1 week before the fixture.
I haven't yet received any kind of confirmation email.

Re: Home tickets sale
My confirmation was in my spam folder sent by Ticketmaster
Re: Home tickets sale
I also ordered some for the Rovers game and whilst I received a confirmation email instantly, there was nothing on it which explained just how I would get the tickets. Whereas last season the QR code came with the confirmation email.
Re: Home tickets sale
I checked my spam, nothing in there. I have the above email from the ticket office saying I ordered the tickets but was just hoping this wasn't going to be a new thing of no confirmation emails.
Re: Home tickets sale
I also ordered extra tickets for Blackburn did not receive confirmation email so rand office they said they would resend still no email. Went onto my account in Account History found my purchase and resend email to myself.. very disappointed with ticket office
Re: Home tickets sale
Does anyone know do we actually receive physical tickets or QR codes for home tickets this season? Just bought 2, but the confirmation email doesn't state anything about how we receive them or when.

Re: Home tickets sale
I've asked the question and will post again once I've received a reply.

Re: Home tickets sale
Be aware that the QR codes rarely work. It’s worth getting there early so you can test them and then join the long line of people at the ticket office with QR codes that also don’t work.

You must be unlucky, I've used QR codes at least x20 and never once had a problem

And limits it to 1000 ticketsWinstonswhite wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 10:57 amI hope Alan slaps a nice 50 quid price on the away end tickets for that game, with no concessions, after last year.
Re: Home tickets sale
No seats for the Rivers game showing as available now. So maybe that's it until people who can't use their ST return them to the TO.

Re: Home tickets sale
Surprised they lasted that long. That last home game was my favourite football day in over 30 years following Burnley home and away.
