I understand that, having to collect them, but that's not what was said on Monday when the tickets were going on sale. But I don't want print your own tickets. I can deal with them on my phone but many others can't.

Unfortunately many of the London based fans are not season ticket holders due to the logistics of living so far away, now that the first requirement is a season ticket those fans have to wait for general sale. I can tell you that after the post Blackpool whingefest to Pace (led by an Accy Stanley fan!) the last time we were in the Championship and the subsequent change in ticketing, the London Clarets numbers for a game such as this are down 75%.

I mean overall, not just for Luton. After the supporters clubs ticketing was changed last season, LC’s eligible members are down 75% due to the new requirements which disproportionately affect supporters clubs that are further away.

Even if you had 3000 points, if you didn’t have a ST you should be able to get a ticket until general sale

Isn't this a good thing? Rewarding those who are actively "loyal" rather than those resting on the laurels of loyalty points earned a decade ago.

Thought you'd needed a season ticket plus the points for a while. The majority of our away games get to general sale anyway.

That sounds as if it's going to be done manually. Previously it seemed to have been done automatically once you'd made a purchase.

I’ve never returned a ticket so don’t know if you did under the old system it took the points off, that was my initial thought, people had been gaming the system.

That was in reference to the change from never expiring loyalty points to loyalty points expiring after 5 years. Nothing to do with season tickets.

There was no change to do with season tickets (unless there was some deal with supporters clubs that wasn't generally known).

At 10pts a game, if they went to all the league games game & away they would get 380 whilst in Prem, 460 in league

They wouldn’t be attending every game (otherwise they would have a ST) so to get to 2000 would take 8-10 years

More likely they'd had a season ticket for a spell 5 or 10 years ago and still had those points.

I knew people who were still in the top tranche of points despite not having had a season ticket for 5 years.

Don't know about any being posted out but collection from our TO is from Monday 5th. I understand that if anyone isn't able to collect from our TO, they need to contact them and ask to arrange for collection on the night from the Luton TO.

I emailed the ticket office on Monday to see if they could post my tickets as I don't live near Burnley to collect. They said they were posting them first class on the following day (Tuesday 30th), although not received mine yet.

I managed to collect mine, although it took the guy a few minutes to search for it as the tickets are in no particular order seemingly.

The walk down to the turf is much better now that the roadworks and everything have gone, but you'd never know we still play in claret and blue, given that everything seems to be painted black!

Fairly certain that if you're not able to pick them up from our TO then you need to contact them and ask to arrange to collect them on the night at Luton but I'll check.

The ticket office told me via email on 29/7/24 that they were going to be sent out that day- not received mine yet, so suspect it’s more bull!!

Must still be unreserved Tony because last year you couldn’t make out the seat numbers at all.

Unless they’ve had brand new seats put in but I doubt it.
