Re: Loyalty Points
I got the x2 20 points on each season ticket I used for the Sunderland tickets but when I bought x2 extra Tickets for the home game v B@stards to go with my season ticket and I bought them using one season ticket I thought I would of been given 10 points per ticket totalling 20 points but I only received 10 points in total for two tickets is that right

Re: Loyalty Points
If you buy home tickets, which I never do, I believe you can only get the 10 points once.AGENT_CLARET wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2024 9:31 amI got the x2 20 points on each season ticket I used for the Sunderland tickets but when I bought x2 extra Tickets for the home game v B@stards to go with my season ticket and I bought them using one season ticket I thought I would of been given 10 points per ticket totalling 20 points but I only received 10 points in total for two tickets is that right

Anyway it is what it is!
How many points have we all ended up with?
I've got 2750

Re: Loyalty Points
Did anyone come up with a solution on when / how to get their points added for the Luton game? I've had none added to my account for either Luton or Sunderland yet

Re: Loyalty Points
This is about going to football matches! Those who are going to more matches, in the last years, are the current 'keenest sipporters'. They deserve to outscore someone who went to the odd away match 20 years ago
As ST holders, we have out priority for our home seat and more often than not can get an away ticket. Why should home longevity be a reason to push out those who are going to home and more away, at present?
You are suggesting that 20 years ST. Wants to attend 1 big away match. Claims ticket.
Regular home and away fan, who has attended every match in the season and many in the previous seasons, misses out, to make way for such a person? Nah.

I've been very loyal since 1968, but don't go to as many away games as I used to, I'll be OK this season, but will probably be under 2k next season, in a few seasons I'll have the same benefits as someone who got a season ticket for the first time 5 years ago. I could let someone use my clarets number for all away games, just to remain a loyal supporter

Re: Loyalty Points
I have been attending matches since 1969. Away matches living in the south of England. All OK until a big match or a bit of success. Then it is a case of going and hoping to acquire a ticket on the day.Row x wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2024 10:46 amPerhaps change the name from loyalty

I call that loyalty with no points because at 10 points a match, they were worthless.
I have been a season ticket holder for 9 years, since the death of my wife, plus away matches, until recent times, when having to stand up to see is a real pain. Now only occasional away matches, as I am in Scotland, usually.
Like you, my 'edge' on others will fidappear in time. No issues, simply because their attendance record for away matches will be greater than mine.
Good luck to them.

Re: Loyalty Points
Just checked my loyalty points and its not been adjusted for the Luton match,do the club update the loyalty points at the end of the season rather than on a match to match basis does anyone know?
Re: Loyalty Points
Seems to be some discrepancy as to when points awarded for luton
Some already have them, some still waiting
Some already have them, some still waiting
Re: Loyalty Points
Previously the points have been added as soon as you purchase a ticket but for Luton I understand that they were going to be added after the game. I purchased a home ticket for a future game and the 10 points were added straight away.

Still not added for Luton tickets……………
Re: Loyalty Points
Just stumbled on my loyalty points. 2060.
Think some have been stolen!
Not sure what I had before. Will go down over time, as my away visits decline.

Re: Loyalty Points
Got this in an email from the ticket office:
The tickets need to be manually added by a member of our team and due to the large volume of missing season tickets we have not had chance to add them. It is our priority to do this next week.
Re: Loyalty Points
Just been on my ticketing account to check something and I've been given +10 for the Cardiff City game unsure why as I've already had the 350 for the season ticket this year.

Re: Loyalty Points
My loyalty points seem odd. How does this match up with others?
The explanation states 350 loyalty points awarded for this season (ST) purchase. 350 per season for the previous 5 seasons and 20 points for an away match attendance.
So 6 x 350 = 2100
Plus any away matches at 20 points.
I have been a season ticket holder since my wife died, 9 years ago. So qualify for the 6 years.
I appear to have 90 points for away matches. No longer any record of these. Looks like the old 10 points pet match. Not an issue. Although I have attended Newcastle last season Shrewsbury, Salford from memory all new grounds.
So 6 x 350 = 2100 plus 90 = 2190
And yet...

Re: Loyalty Points
Are they saying there they have to manually do the corrections or that they are manually adding the points for all transactions? (It honestly wouldn’t surprise me if it was the latter)

You can only have five qualifying season tickets - 2019/20, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 & 2024/25

Re: Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are accrued through purchasing tickets. 350 points are awarded for the purchase of a season ticket, 10 points for a home match ticket and 20 points for an away ticket.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2024 11:02 amYou can only have five qualifying season tickets - 2019/20, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 & 2024/25
Loyalty points are valid for the current season and the previous 5 seasons. So, for the 2024/25 season, loyalty points will have been accrued from the 2019/20 season onwards.
Very confusing!
Re: Loyalty Points
Not confusing! In one of those 5 years there were no ST points awarded as it was a COVID year, so no spectators/no season ticket/no points.IanMcL wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2024 3:20 pmLoyalty points are accrued through purchasing tickets. 350 points are awarded for the purchase of a season ticket, 10 points for a home match ticket and 20 points for an away ticket.
