I can't see why they cant do it via the Club App as a bar code like on the season ticket !!

It was an option last season too but I know of one person who had to go to the ticket office for a paper ticket as his barcode wouldn't scan

Ticket office said first batch has been posted today and should all be sent this week
Also said it's an external company so not sure how many have gone out

Whoever he is, he's very publicity conscious. He was picked out by Sky at the end of the Newcastle game at the end of the 2021/22 season with relegation confirmed.

They must've taken the photo early on in the season as he left early from most of the games after the New Year!

Burnley fc have sent my season ticket to my old address despite me updating my address a few years ago and receiving last years season ticket to my current address. Fortunately a relative lives at my old address. I hope they have got my daughters and partners season ticket address correct.

Both my sons and my ticket went to very old addresses- despite these addresses being up to date last season - someone has made an almighty cock up here- only got ours because the post knew where we are. He said he's returned at least 9 envelopes already this week !!

Interestingly, we have had these seats in the Bob Lord for many years now and the location has always been Block 4. However, for some reason Block 4 has this season become BLK.
Looking forward to watching games without being totally under the cosh each week.

This doesn't bode well for me, I e-mailed the TO a couple of weeks ago with my new address and was assured it has been updated and will receive my season ticket at my new address now after your post I am less confident.
